Julius Johansen heeft vandaag de eerste rit gewonnen in La Gleize. De ijzersterke Deen kon met enkele seconden op het peloton de wedstrijd winnen.

"It was a really hard race and I got in a breakaway after 2 km with another rider. After around 20 km more riders came up to us, among them my teammate Mikkel Bjerg, who took some very tough leadouts. And with 13 km again, I went solo and got to the finish line - just ahead of the peloton": told Julius Johansen.
