De Vlaams-Brabantse Pijl in Korbeek-lo  werd gewonnen door Harry Sweeny.  Gisteren won Harry ook al de wedstrijd in Oetingen.

"The day started off quite well for me and I managed to stay out of trouble at the front of the bunch. I had to ease my legs into the racing today after a big effort yesterday also. With 2 laps to go a group of 10-15 was 45 seconds up the road and the peloton was not chasing. As we turned into the headwind I attacked and bridged across to the leaders just before the climb. The breakaway was not riding fast enough and with 1 lap to go the peloton was just 5 seconds behind us. When we turned into the headwind again I launched a solo attack and rode 100% to the line." told Harry
