De Deen Mathias Krigbaum heeft gisteren in Reningelst zijn eerste zege op de weg behaald als belofte en tevens zijn eerste zege voor Lotto Soudal U23.

"Well we was talking about before the start how the race would develop. And actually it went pretty much the was we expected, so i måde sure i was in the front and that i was ready to go with the right group. We got away and with 4 laps to go i knew the group was to big because we didnt work well togheter. When the group split i was ready to go with them and we got away again. In the final there was 2 riders from 3M and i waited till everybody in the group had done a attack and then i went with 2 km to go. And stayed away till the finish." tell Mathias
